The package

The $29 package covers one target role: a resume and cover letter in Word and PDF, an editing note, and one revision requested within seven days. Initial documents are generated and checked automatically; no human review is included before delivery. Review every fact before applying.

Delivery and refunds

Delivery is within one hour of successful payment and a complete brief. If delivery cannot be completed within 24 hours, we initiate a full refund. Refunds can take additional time to reach your payment method. Undeliverable emails or repeated preparation failures may be refunded sooner. Delivered orders are otherwise final, subject to applicable rights and remedies for materially incorrect work.

Edit your delivered documents

Open your private order page and choose “Review and edit my documents.” You can edit the profile, experience bullets, skills, education, contact line, and letter text, then choose a style and prepare updated Word and PDF files. Your original delivery is preserved alongside your latest saved copy. Job titles, employers, dates, and the target role stay fixed; contact support to correct them.

The editor is available for 30 days from order creation, with up to 20 saves per day. Save explicitly, then check the exported PDF for layout. Your changes do not receive a new AI review, trigger an email, or consume your included support revision. Download the files you want to keep.

Revisions and support

Email contact.henleystudios@gmail.com from your order email address. Include the changes you need for the same role. Revisions are handled through support; the initial one-hour automated delivery window does not apply to revisions. Do not send card details or government identification.

Previews and downloads

You can preview the formatting before you pay. An optional, limited AI preview shows a short profile and up to two sample bullets for one confirmed role; it is not the final document. Select Classic, Editorial, or Modern for both documents. Final wording and page breaks may differ from the partial browser preview.

Your private order page can resume an unpaid checkout and download delivered files. Downloads remain available for 30 days after order creation, unless the order is refunded or unresolved. Keep the emailed attachments as your permanent copies. Never share your private order link.

Clear expectations

We use the facts you provide and do not promise interviews, employment, or an ATS score. If the system cannot safely produce your documents, the order may be refunded.
